Parent Involvement
The Evidence Continues to Grow: Parent Involvement Improves Student Achievement.
Parent involvement in their child’s education aims to improve the parent-child relationship in the context of the family; integrate parents into school programs; and build a strong relationship between school, family, and the larger community.
At Mary Bobb Learning Academy we have an Open-Door Policy that allows parents to visit and participate in classroom activities all year round. Parents are welcomed to be a Spokesperson for their profession, a Secret Reader, Teacher’s Helper, Party Planner, etc.
If you wish to volunteer in your child’s classroom, please sign up on the Volunteer Form located on the Parents Board.
